Our Delivery Policy
All parcels are sent via Australia Post. We live and work from our remote rural property with an extended round trip to the post office. We post once a week only. Parcels within Australia have a bar coded tracking sticker on them. As soon as your parcel is despatched. We send you an email with your tracking number. And a link to the Australia Post website. So you can keep track of your parcel en route to you.
International parcels are sent Standard International Post. Delivery from Australia is normally within 10+ days.
Our Privacy Policy
We always enjoy hearing from you, so keep in touch. We do not share your information with anyone else for any reason.
All your credit card purchase details are secure and encrypted with the security lock appearing on the page where you enter your credit card details.
We keep in touch by email. We let you know when your parcel has been despatched. And 11 months into your warranty, we email you asking if there are any problems. You can unsubscribe at any time. But we hope you don’t because the 11 month Warranty Reminder email is very important to you and to us. And every year we’ll send you a link to our online brochure.
